Install the beta

Five minutes, once. After that, new beta builds arrive by themselves.

Which TVs: LG TVs from 2020 (webOS 5) and newer. Samsung is coming soon.

You need: one of those TVs, a computer on the same network, a free LG developer account, and the magictv-beta.ipk file from your invite.

  1. Step 1: Turn on Developer Mode
  2. Step 2: Add the TV on your computer
  3. Step 3: Install the beta
  4. Step 4: Open MAGIC TV
  5. Step 5: Scan it with your phone
  6. Step 6: Keep Developer Mode on
  7. Step 7: Write down your restore code
